I've been on a kick recently of eating this super quick and easy meal and wanted to share it with you all. The video is designed with my LEAP clients in mind, hence the wording of using "allowed" foods.
This is my first food video, which is really exciting for me!! Substitutions:
NUT / SEED BUTTERS: peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower seed butter, cashew butter, etc.
NOODLES: rice, rice/millet blend, buckwheat, wheat, zucchini, etc. BROTH: veggie, mushroom, onion, chicken, beef, etc. VEGGIES: could use cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, sauteed onions, etc. -- requires longer cooking time than spinach Great for those on LEAP! #LOVELEAP |
