WhoThis group is for adults with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or insulin-resistant PCOS who are interested in exploring an Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size (HAES) approach to their blood sugar management. |
The group is facilitated by Jamie Clayton, MS, RDN, CDCES and Geanna Revell, MS, RDN, both of whom are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and experts in diabetes nutrition.
Each session will have a loose topic/ focus and plenty of open conversation. We will discuss, investigate and help navigate the feelings that arise with a diagnosis; how prevailing advice (from medical providers and well-meaning friends and family alike) stacks up against the actual evidence; and how intuitive eating can be a path towards kinder, gentler and more sustained blood sugar management.
Some of the topics we’ll be covering:
Cost: $330 (or 3 payments of $110)
To split payment over 3 months, first set up a payment plan HERE. Then register below using the certificate code provided.
To best support all members and to ensure a safe community space, we are asking that everyone first complete an initial nutrition assessment at Dandelion. Please contact us ASAP if you need to schedule this prior to starting the group.
Don’t let your diabetes or blood sugar concerns lead you down a path you’ve already determined did not work for you. Join us for a new conversation and a different path forward!
