Having personally struggled with food and nutrition in a number of ways over my lifetime, I absolutely ​l​ove that I get to use my knowledge, skills, and experience to help others face and overcome their struggles too. I know what it's like to feel lost with eating and how to go about regaining eating competence.

To be honest, even after becoming a dietitian I didn't truly understand just how much of an impact food choices can have on our health. I had experienced chronic migraine headaches since childhood. Having tried ALL THE THINGS over the years, including diet changes, with minimal success I was skeptical that anything could really help​ besides medications, which were really only a bandaid. Over time it seemed they got worse​ and more frequent, and other symptoms kept piling on too. Then I happened upon MRT+LEAP. With a healthy dose of skepticism I gave it a try and could not believe how much it improved not only my migraines but also my energy, mood, mental clarity, digestion, sleep, skin and more. It seemed too good to be true! So I started using it with some clients and was amazed when they experienced equally impressive ​and life changing results. I'm incredibly grateful to be in a position to help spread the word and empower more people like you to take control of your health and well​ness.

I founded Dandelion Nutrition in 2014 and am proud of our incredible team, and honored to witness the positive impact we're making everyday!
