Have you ever been so caught up in trying to eat the “right” thing, that you become paralyzed with indecision? Maybe you’ve found yourself so anxious about trying to be healthy that you’re unable to eat anything at all. I know the feeling; I have been there. As a dietitian, I love to help my clients gain the same freedom and joy around food that I now experience. If you’re done with dieting and ready to try a more gentle, enjoyable approach to eating and nutrition, I’m your gal.  

As a dietitian, I view myself as your partner; someone who walks alongside you as you pursue your nutrition goals. In our work, we’ll explore your experiences with eating and dieting, food culture, body image, and the like. Together, we will get curious about your values and preferences and seek to understand what things don’t feel like they’re working for you. We’ll seek to rewrite any rules and restrictions that may be tripping you up and stressing you out, in order to help you eat with confidence and flexibility. I trust you as the expert in your own food choices and body experiences, and what matters most to me is helping to get you back to a life you can really enjoy living.

Using a compassionate, weight-inclusive approach, I will help you develop the skills to nourish yourself in a way that fosters body-trust while reducing shame and guilt. Ultimately, my hope is that everyone I work with is able to walk away with a peaceful, relaxed, and empowered relationship with food and their body.
