Marissa Miles MS, RDN, CD

I am a passionate advocate for the power of sports nutrition in enhancing athletic performance and overall well-being. With a deep understanding of how the right fuel can optimize training, recovery, and endurance, I am dedicated in helping athletes and active individuals unlock their full potential. Combining scientific knowledge with a love for sports, I am driven by the belief that nutrition plays a pivotal role in achieving peak performance. Whether providing education around sports supplements or fueling around exercise, I am committed to empowering others to make informed, effective dietary choices that support their athletic goals.
 
In addition, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey in healing from their eating disorder/disordered eating behaviors. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I like to combined expertise in nutrition with a profound understanding of the emotional and psychological complexities surrounding eating disorders/disordered eating. Driven by a passion for helping others rebuild a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, I works closely with patients to provide personalized care, guidance, and education. I believe in the power of compassion, patience, and the right nutritional strategies to support recovery, and am dedicated to fostering an environment where healing and self-empowerment can thrive. 
 
I am committed to guiding individuals toward making informed, balanced, and sustainable goals over their lifetime. Whether someone is looking to improve their energy, manage a health condition, or build a positive relationship with food, I am dedicated in providing personalized support and education. Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives, I strive to empower others to feel their best by fostering a deeper understanding of nutrition’s vital role in achieving overall health.
